i've chosen to write a poem about what my day off would be like:
you board a train and it smells bad but the love of your life is to your right and your freedom is right in front of you the train stops and you get off you do not know where you are other than a street sign that reads “main” but in your mind it reads “anywhere” “nowhere” “wherever” you run around town you cause trouble you eat a lot of food you sneak into a movie you sit in the sun the love of your life is now to your left but your freedom is still right in front of you as you laugh and laugh and fall asleep anywhere nowhere wherever.
the princess for this round is kate middleton and i sort of just threw this set together because i'm really busy with ap tests and all that jazz
being a proper princess:
one - dress nice. your choice of clothing isn't the most important thing, but when people see you more than hear you, how you present yourself is important.
two - smile a lot. the whole world is watching you, and you need to assure everyone that you are loving your life as a princess.
three - be kind. everyone deserves to be treated like a princess, and you sure know what that feels like. spread the love a little and treat everyone like you're treated every day.
four - be confident. you are a role model to so many little girls who look to you for advice. your confidence will rub off on them.
five - be polite. try not to burp in front of the prime minister of india and don't talk with your mouthful!
six - wave to everyone. princesses are supposed to wave and are expected to wave. don't question the unwritten rules of being a princess.
seven - donate to charity. whether it's your time or your money (because god knows you have plenty), all charities appreciate donations, especially from a princess!
eight - stay grounded. no one likes a snobby princess.
nine - don't take your opportunities for granted. if you have the chance to travel, do it! you have a plethora of opportunities as a princess - embrace each and every one.
ten - be who you are. don't model yourself after any other princess. the world will love you more if you aren't pretending to be someone else!
i wonder if the judges actually read this and i wonder if it helps them determines who wins? if you are a judge and you are reading this, you should let me know!
so i just wanted to say thank you guys so much for all the love one my sets and i appreciate every single one of you and i love love love you
so anyway my best friend is kind of being a b.tch right now and idk if it's because of something i did or said to set her off or what but she told me that my dress looks like a nightgown and that she didn't really care about my personal interests and i was like ok whatever
but it's whatever
this year just sucks for example whenever things start to get better it all falls apart again and sigh
ok ok ok so i went to san francisco and it was amazing and i think i've already said this
anyway there weren't nearly as many cute boys as i expected =(((
so this is my set for botpp round three
the topic is talents
my talent would probably be writing, seeing how i'm not very good at anything else. i don't really write formally when i'm on the internet, but i know i can write and i know i can write well. i get perfect scores on all of my essays. i write for the school newspaper and we are national winners. i write on this web site and i used to have other accounts that i would write on, and one became particularly popular. although i don't like to show people some of my more personal works, such as my poetry, which gets rather deep and morbid, i'm ok with showing some of my writing and getting feedback. mostly, i just love the way that i can put words together and make something beautiful. that' pretty magical, i'd say.
if you want to read something i'm writing, go to @sanfrancisco-lights . i haven't put up much, but i'm excited to share and i would love it if you would read it.
